Refund Policy

Subscription Services
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle customers to refunds for the current billing period.
Free Trials
Customers may cancel during the free trial period without charge.
One-Time Assessments
Professional Assessments and Executive Assessments are non-refundable once work has commenced or reports have been generated.
Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are non-refundable once services have been delivered.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NetSentinel.
