Terms of Service

1. Services
NetSentinel provides IT risk assessments, security posture analysis, and related consulting services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity occurring under your account.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time through the customer portal.
- No guarantees are made regarding future pricing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Interfere with the service
- Use the service for malicious purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, reports, branding, and materials are owned by NetSentinel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Assessments and Reports
Assessments and risk scores are informational tools designed to assist decision-making.
They do not constitute legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, insurance, or compliance guarantees.
Customers remain responsible for their own security decisions and regulatory obligations.
7. Service Availability
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetSentinel shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Security incidents caused by third parties
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetSentinel from claims arising from your misuse of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
